What are the best food gifts for Christmas?
Are there last-minute food gifts for Christmas?
Are food gifts for Christmas good for coworkers and corporate gifting?
Looking for “holy grail” foodie gifts—high-end snacks, ingredients, or treats people would love but may not splurge on for themselves (for example: a friend at work recommended a super fresh fall harvest olive oil). I’d love to hear what your favorite food gifts are, and I’m super grateful for any and all recommendations!
For the past few years I've tried to save money by making gift baskets of homemade food items. It's fun to spend a couple of weeks mass producing different treats, and it feels more meaningful that I've made everything by hand. Here are some of the things I've made in the past: little jars of Dulce de Leche, cherries soaked in maraschino liquor, limoncello, beef jerky, candied pecans, bottles of balsamic reduction, and "Old Fashioned/Manhattan kits" (not homemade, but it fit with the theme).
I'm running a bit low on inspiration for this year. Does anyone have ideas for food that can be made in bulk?
