Literally the only Apple product I use is Apple Music. Its such a good program. I needed to reset my password though because of some janky UI stuff with Apple Music. So I try to reset my password from my S22. "Use an apple device." So I grab my wife's iPhone, "put in the password from the iPhone you are trying to reset." Apple, wtf is that? Not everybody has an iPhone because not everybody wants an iPhone. Why do I need an iPhone to reset my password? Why do I need a Mac or an iPad to reset my password in a timely manner? Why tf should I need to buy into your ecosystem to RESET MY PASSWORD? Is there a workaround for this or will I get the joy of waiting for a few days for a password reset?

The only reason it would ask for the password on an iphone on the account, is because there has been an iphone logged into the account. Otherwise, you can do trusted number, or can setup the old long security key. What you are doing is account recovery, thats different to just resetting a password. So no, this is the system working as designed

I remember some of the 6 digits of my passcode
I have already made 4 or 5 attempts and they all failed. And finally my iphone has banned me for 3 hours.
(My muscle memory was what allowed me to enter my passcode every day).
I have seen that the only solution would be to reset my Iphone. But for that I will have to use my Icloud but here is the problem. I don't remember my icloud email. Do you know how I can find it?

Are you ... okay? Like, this level of memory failure is seriously concerning. Why do you no longer have the muscle memory to enter it? To attempt to answer the question, your Apple ID is probably just your regular email address. If you continue entering wrong passwords, the phone will eventually give you a reset button so you won't need to log in. However, you'll still need that Apple ID to get back into the phone once it's reset.
