No, API keys are completely separate from Janitor. You have to get them from a separate website. The most popular ones are Open AI and Claude and I believe Cobold (could be spelling that one wrong). Idk Cobold but for Open AI to get an API key you go to openai.com and then make an account, add some money and get an API key. All API keys will cost money, none of them are free that I know of. Claude (I highly recommend Claude, it's better and more fun than Open AI and also way cheaper- especially Haiku) you go to console.anthropic.com and do pretty much the same to get an API key then you go to this site https://colab.research.google.com/drive/1OYj_IUCu5Wc8T3Wtxnf0iRul17CPEF4K and follow the instructions to get a reverse proxy. Make sure to read the instructions thoroughly and to leave the tab open and the player playing (it will make sense if you click the link and see). Hibikiass is amazing and the creator of that sheet and they will answer a lot of questions about Claude. Pros: Open AI can be more stable at times and is easier to navigate. Claude has more human like responses and is more engaging then Open AI. Claude is much cheaper then Open AI. $5 USD goes a long way on Claude, especially for the Haiku model. Cons: Open AI can and will cost you a small fortune if you use Janitor often. Some people spend over $100 a month on Open AI for their API keys. Its no joke about how expensive it is and even if you roleplay for a few hours it can cost you 30 sometimes. Claude can be difficult to learn and understand, if you read HibikiAss's instructions throughly they will explain a lot of it, but it can still be hard to learn.
