Are there any good free to play open world games similar to GTA V with the missions and police chases?? Ik there is APB reloaded but I've heard it is not good or it is very pay to win so yeah. Ive also heard of some games coming out that have similar aspects to GTA V eg. Paradise but I'm genuinely not a patient person 😅. Any recommendations??

Hi. I want to play some open world game. I really like older GTA games. I think Vice City is my favorite followed by III and next San Andreas. There are some title that I have in mind. I can play them both on steam or PS5. However I don't like shooting on PS5 because I suck. If a game is heavy on shooting I can't get past this unless there is nice aim assist(not to strong). I played uncharted games on PS5 and it didn't bother me in those games, well maybe a little. So games I have in mind are:

1. Watch Dogs 1 ( 2 and Legion seems to have too juvenile graphic and aspects)

2. Sleeping Dogs - combat looks nice

3. Yakuza

4. Infamous Son 5 Anything else??

As far as I know I've only played these two big open world games where you can take things at your own pace and do loads of side quests and explore freely etc. Love the style of these games but not sure what else is out there with a similar game play? Any suggestions would be appreciated! I play xbox series x but also have a switch

I‘m on a search for a game my girlfriend would like. She just finished GTA 5 and is now looking for a similar game, but without all the violence (i did many shooting missions for her)

So basically, she needs an open world game where she can drive cars, buy houses and stuff, dress up all while having a story AND being in a realistic setting. The last part is the most critical, so sadly no games like My time at portia.

Oh, and it should be in third person, so no sims either.

I know this is most likely a game that doesnt exist but i thought it might be worth a shot here!

Gta5 and Minecraft (if that count) are the only 2 big games I ever finished I have so much fun play GTA5 I even beaten it 3 times. But when it started to get repetitive I started to find new game (because online is boring for me) I bought resident evil (2,5,7) Assassin’s Creed (Odyssey,Syndicate) I had a bit of fun playing Odyssey but I just don’t like the repetitive quest, I did also bought all others GTA games none of that interested me even RDR2.

I have also tried games like Stardew Valley, CIV6 Counter strikes which were fun for a while for a week then I never opened those again.

I do like open world game can be story but one that doesn’t force me to do (unless it important for story).

I doesn’t like game that doesn’t provide ability to choose what to do and doesn’t provide more than one way of playing the game.

PS I doesn’t have PC only a laptop which can run some games it only ever get laggy when I tried odyssey so it would be nice if the game is pre 2018

Hi I’m looking for an open world game to play. I’ve already played gta 5 and rdr2 and they are both some of my favorite games, but the reason I like them so much is because of the open world in them. So my question is what are your favorite open world games to play? I play on pc so that’s a factor btw as to what I can actually play.

I hear the gta games other than gta 5 are also really good but I’ve yet to play them. Are all of them open world as well?

I’m a huge fan of open-world games that let you explore freely and pull you deep into their world. Some of my favorites are GTA, Red Dead Redemption 2, Skyrim, and Far Cry 5 – but I’m still searching for more!

What’s your top pick for the most liberating and immersive open-world game? One where you can go anywhere, do whatever you feel like, without being stuck in forced missions or annoying cutscenes. I love handcrafted maps, not the procedurally generated kind like Minecraft or No Man’s Sky.

What are some cool open games like GTA? I don’t really like war games or zombie games but I do enjoy games that are open world like GTA and saints row. Give me the list of games you enjoy playing I’ll check them out.

And when I say like gta I don’t mean it has to be a gangster game. I just used that as an example because you can do almost anything in the game.I’m looking for a open world game like say Skyrim where it has a huge map with lots to do. if anyone knows some good ones please let me know.
