Hi guys I'm looking for a free Open World Race Game for the PlayStation 5 Like the Crew motorfest or the Crew 2 so I can just chill driving in a City and drive freely but Which is also free to download

Hey gang. I have been getting an itch for a racing game lately. I haven’t had one in forever (Hot Pursuit 2 for ps3, maybe?) and don’t really know what’s out there or what’s good at this point.

Minor considerations: I’m something of a sucker for story-modes in sports games and if this game is a good deal, that’s a bonus. I guess I’d prefer something more realistic than a Mario kart, though that’s obviously a great game. I’m a toddler-dad with another on the way and am typically not an online gamer, as my video game time is after wife and kid are in bed and I don’t wanna get cursed at by pre-teens during that precious 60-90 minutes.

I loved need for speed underground and probably played Gran Turismo a handful of times back in the day, but who didn’t?

I want a game to play while listening music to cool down a bit. Are there any good casual driving/racing games out there?

I bought a steering wheel a few months back and I've been really enjoying Grand Turismo 7 and Dirt 2.0...

Now I would like something a bit diffrent. Something similar to Forza Horizon where I can drive on normal streets and have some open world experience.

What games would you suggest?

Hi! Happy Holidays. I just bought my 10 year old son the Logitech g923 racing wheel. I know not everyone has good things to say about it, but I’m looking for a good driving game to play with it. Not a racing game just a game you can drive around a city or something. Thank you for your suggestions

At the start of 2023 I bought ps5... and all I'm playing is the Open World Games... and I want to switch to The Racing Game... (The last one i played was NFS: Most Wanted on the Pc) and that was a long long time ago... But I guess I'm ready for some Racing Games... Do suggestions me one....

Edit: I don't have PS subscribtion of any type... So I'd actually love if the game is single player and offline... (And also the trophies are offline)

I’m a PC user who recently bought PS5 like last month because I always have wanted a PS5🥹, and I played few good games, Spiderman 2, infamous second son(on-going), the last of us 2. Can you suggest me some racing games that runs on 60 fps? I tried playing NFS payback but it felt so weird playing in 30 and gives me headache 😅

I tried to find some racing games, but I never played them on PC except for NFS, so I don’t really know if they’re good or not. So please do suggest me some racing games!

I’m interested in purchasing/starting a racing game on PS5. Can’t really decide between Gran Turismo 7, F1 23 or a couple Need for Speed titles. I’m not not totally set on it being open world, but I am looking for a combination of pretty visuals, fun driving gameplay and easy progression.

Does anyone have any good or bad feedback on these titles?

I was looking at Need for Speed Unbound but it looks like that one doesn't have local split screen multiplayer. Anyone have any suggestions?

I’ve had my PlayStation 5 for just over a few months now and I still don’t own a racing game. I’ve been playing all of Sonys first party exclusives and want something to kick back on and race or drive.

I’ve heard mixed things about GT7. Game looks beautiful though.

Then there is F1 2022, WRC, The crew 2 and wreckfest.

What racing games would you recommend to play on PS5?

Just got a wheel (T300) and am loving it. However, I only want to play Gran Turismo 7 in VR (it is excellent) and I want a different game to play when I'm not able to play in VR.

Currently leaning towards The Crew Motorfest for the open world aspect. What's your favourite?

I was looking at Dirt 5 because it takes advantage of the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers but I’ve read a lot of mixed reviews. Any recommendations?
