I'm soon going to start an open source web app project that does multiple things (workflow management, accounting, group discussions, social networking, etc.).

Now, thing is that I'm a backend php developer who also happens to know some front-end html/css/js. I can make changes to existing html/css, but however, I can't design a entire theme from scratch. But if I have a theme ready, I can take it and work upon that.

I want to know, are there any such things as free bootstrap themes available for free/libre folks?
