Hi everyone! I came across this word "Fauve" meaning wild beasts, rooted in the word "Fauvinism". This also means an art style made famous by a group of early 20th-century modern artists (e.g. Henri Matisse). I'm just really blown away with the word Fauve and fell in love with it. Lol.
Is beau more like beautiful or handsome in English what would it most accurately translate to?
