Hi everyone, I am looking for a full size keyboard kit that support 2.4 ghz and Bluetooth with hotswap switches and is reliable for around a 100 usd/euro. I scoured the internet and couldn't find anything. Please help.
Went to lunch with my mother, so I took a few switch testers with me. She instantly fell in love with linear switches and wants me to build her a full size board.
I’d be interested to know if there are any mid range full size DIY boards. I know about the XD96 on aliexpress. Keen to know if anyone else has any ideas?
Actual full size kits are hard to find. The only one I can recommend is the Winkeyless B.87EX, and that will run you into the mid-$300 range for a 'cheap' build. The case and PCB alone are like $280.
There used to be one cheap fullsize kit (very basic plastic case, no programability, no other features to speak of) floating around one of the popular aliexpress stores, but I think they stopped selling it because I can't find it now.
Might not be what you're looking for but you could pick up a broken fullsize off ebay and cannibalize it for atleast the plate and PCB. Fullsize kits are rare.
Does anyone know of any hot swappable mechanical keyboard kits that are full-sized? I’ve seen a bunch on KBDFans but they all seem to be TKL boards for the most part.
