Looking for the same. A wireless full size hot swap. Anything new out there? I'd like full size rather than a 96 or 1800.

You can take a look at my website keeb-finder.com that lists over 1500 keyboards and you can filter them by size, layout, hot-swap and more.

There are loads of them out there and it can be overwhelming to find one that suits you. I’ve built a handful of keyboards before, you can check my post history if you want to look at some of them but I’m a big fan of YUNZII as a recommendation for someone looking to get their first custom keyboard. I’m not so sure what they have for full size options as most of the hobby prefers 60%-80% keebs but take a look. Keychrons are fine. Nothing special but they’re not absolutely horrible like Razers and what not and they’ll get there job done. Especially with some tuning.

Hot Swappable Keyboards: Find Your Perfect Custom Board
For those new to mechanical keyboards, it offers a lower barrier to entry for experimenting with the diverse world of keyboard switches without needing specialized tools or skills. Consider the PCB socket type (3-pin vs. 5-pin; 5-pin offers more stability but 3-pin is more common), build quality, case material (aluminum, plastic, polycarbonate), layout (60%, TKL, full-size), and additional features like QMK/VIA compatibility for reprogramming keys, RGB lighting, and connectivity options (USB-C, Bluetooth). The quality of the hot swap sockets themselves is also important for durability.

r/MechanicalKeyboards on Reddit: Full-size hot swap keyboard kits?
July 25, 2020 -
Does anyone know of any hot swappable mechanical keyboard kits that are full-sized? I’ve seen a bunch on KBDFans but they all seem to be TKL boards for the most part.

I love having my numpad, so I have wondered the same thing. Like elmurfudd said, there are very few full size PCBs, let alone full size kits. If they're from a group buy, those for full size will run rarely so they're hard to find both in stock at stores and on the used market. The GMMK is an amazing cheap option for this given that it has hot swap functionality for only $60 (barebones), and the only major issue is the crappy stabs edit plus the fact that the cable is non-removable on the full size. However something you may want to consider is getting a TKL kit and also building a numpad from a kit. I hated the idea of this at first because I'm basically always going to have my numpad out, but I realized that it does give me more flexibility with very little downside. I don't like the southpaw layout most of the time (it makes ergonomics of a bar keyboard even worse IMO) but it does allow you to use the numpad while also having a hand on the mouse or on the arrow keys. When I realized that, that convinced me that TKL + numpad really may not be that stupid after all.
