I've been reading through the 1-star reivews for Jarvis on the HM website and continually wondering, why are all the customer service responses so rude and underhanded?? Just one example: Customer, Jessica: "So far, the aesthetics is nice but build and design quality are low. Screws were machined too short to secure the desk, connections are wobbly so the control box wires slip out periodically, wiring is not designed to orient the plug and wire in a way that makes the wires minimally obtrusive" HM Reply: "A clean and managed workstation is key to enjoying the flexibility of a standing desk, Jessica!..." They basically just called her a messy bitch out of no where because their desk's electric components suck lol. There are so many more too, oh my. More on reddit.com

Their phone and chat have been down for the last several days with no explanation. I’m not sure when or if they’ll be up and running again. They also discontinued their Jarvis low three-stage frame in black…which seems…odd. I would imagine this is one of their main staples. They’re also having what appears to be one of their biggest sales ever right now.
I hate to say it, but does anyone else think they’re going out of business? I just bought my desk frame from them, so it’s making me nervous.

Yeah, my desk top came with a defect and I'm worried they aren't going to respond. I guess cancel it on the credit card if I hear crickets after two weeks? I'm rather upset that they're folding but didn't say squat about it during the sale, that would have definitely changed my purchase.
