I've been reading through the 1-star reivews for Jarvis on the HM website and continually wondering, why are all the customer service responses so rude and underhanded?? Just one example: Customer, Jessica: "So far, the aesthetics is nice but build and design quality are low. Screws were machined too short to secure the desk, connections are wobbly so the control box wires slip out periodically, wiring is not designed to orient the plug and wire in a way that makes the wires minimally obtrusive" HM Reply: "A clean and managed workstation is key to enjoying the flexibility of a standing desk, Jessica!..." March 17, 2023Uplift v2 vs Fully JARVIS
After many hours of painstaking research (thanks to ADHD and my indecisiveness), I’ve gone with a Fully Jarvis. I’ve compared, researched, and tested in person the Fully Jarvis, Autonomous, Secret Labs, Uplift, Fezibo, Flexispot, Elephant Desks, Floyd, etc… I’ve gone with Fully. I have the 72”x30” Jarvis, 3-stage frame, no wheel casters. Also opted for C frame instead of the T frame & im glad I did because I appreciate the extra leg room and spacious look to it, and it doesn’t compromise much on stability. I’ve tried both, and the difference is really negligible. The benefits of the C frame far outweigh the benefits of a T frame in my opinion. Testing out all the desks @ max height, the Jarvis seemed to be the most stable —or feel that way at least, and I had to really try to get it to wobble. I feel that other popular companies like autonomous or uplift have gone stagnant with their workmanship/manufacturing and they just aren’t what they used to be..autonomous at least. If you’re worried about stability under load, my setup is very video editing/music production intensive, so I have lots of equipment loaded onto the desk in excess of 200-220lbs and I have no issues whatsoever. This also doesn’t account me heavily leaning on it while in use, so that’s a plus. The factors I had in mind when doing my research were quality, power of the motor, quietness, shipping time/availability of product, customization, additional features, and especially affordability. I believe Fully Jarvis is the best bang for the buck compared to the rest and you won’t be disappointed. I was lucky enough to build my own and have it discounted as they had a sale at the time, but from the experience of some others, I believe you can call or email a representative and ask about additional discounts/price adjustments so you can more afford their product, and they should put together an invoice for you with a discounted price—even if it’s not much, it’s still something! Hello, Throwaway account for obvious reasons.
Don’t buy the Jarvis Desk. My customers have had nightmare experiences. Those that are buying new, and people asking about warranty for their faulty legs, height adjustment etc.
You get what you paid for; yes it may be cheaper in cost, but it will cost you more time to deal with a product that doesn’t live up to a third of its warranty. Oh and if you want warranty parts, we’ve been told that we need to wait until February for those parts to be shipped to the client.
Why wait that long right? All parts of the Jarvis are made in china, and looks like the warranty claims are pulling from the same inventory that is meant for new desk configurations.
There are plenty of more issues that are not being addressed and look like they will never be addressed. Any client I meet in showroom I advise against them buying this or any fully branded products, I have too much respect for these clients to put them through unnecessary hassles to fix a product that serves better in the dumpster.
I could imagine someone is going to comment “my jarvis works great”. Good. Sounds like yours was made when it was better quality, but this is for Desks that have been bought and made in the last 5 years or so.

I can't recommend the Fully products to anyone -- buying the company was a dumb move by Knoll. Trying to compete in the Direct to Business space and not neuter their already stained Contract Business never works. MK needs to get back to basics and focus on the dealer network. Dump all of the direct sales strategy -- they're failing miserably at it.
