I use the Strelec WinPE USB which has CPU-Z on it. CPU-Z comes with a CPU benchmarking tool. Im not aware of any WinPE USB that benchmarks graphics cards though More on reddit.com

It was only ever dangerous on GPUs that are like 15+ years old at this point. The problem was that while those old cards measured the temperatures of the processor and would throttle themselves if it overheated, they didn't measure the temperature of the voltage regulator modules (VRMs). Some cards had little to no cooling on the VRMs, and those would overheat and break. Any card you'd be using in a modern system has temperature sensors for every part of the card that gets hot, and will throttle or shut down long before it damages itself. It is still hard on the card - but that's the point - to stress it out to the absolute maximum and make sure your card is working properly. If there issues during furmark, then you know something is wrong right away. More on reddit.com

I have a Sapphire Nitro 9070XT, not the same card. But 105° is not normal, not even close. The 7800XT only pulls 290W maxx. My 9070XT pulls 330 stock, and 370 with a decent overclock. Never above 81°C on the Hotspot. Even at 370W. I also have it crammed in an ITX case with no fans beside the CPU cooler. Sound like it needs a repaste, or something is wrong with it.
