Depends on your preference. Both headphones scream 'gaming' in terms of looks, but one is bulky and the other is lightweight and low-profile. I have had no issues with the buttons on the G935 personally, although many complain that the power button can get problematic as time goes on. If you plan to use the headset outdoors, then definitely get a G733. Other than that, the G935 is superior in every way. Answer from aacoroys on reddit.com

r/LogitechG on Reddit: Advise me: G733 vs G935
September 15, 2020 -

So: I've owned a pair of G933s for the longest time. Mainly on the point that they fit my ears nicely, the audio was kickass, and they were wireless. After I got them they've served me... 3 or 4 years now. As of today; they're not broken beyond use but in a state where they will be soon.

I wanna buy a new headset next week, but the current question is whether it'll be a G935 or G733. Now the reason I ask this is mainly two things: What I like about the G933 was the customizability of the EQ, and the fact that they fit my pretty big ears comfortably. The things I didn't like were the issues with the software, and the size of the receiver. I've also heard mixed things about the 935s. Notably that the mic isn't as good as the 933s and that they're quieter.

Is there any truth to these claims? Is the audio quality a downgrade? And, how do the 733s hold up against it; are they as comfy to wear with sound quality to match, or would I be better off with the 935s?

As a disclaimer: I did look at the Pro X's, but, they look really uncomfortable to wear in comparison to 933's which go around my ears nicely cushioned. However if I'm wrong on that, feel free to recommend those too; I intend on buying these to last me atleast another 3 / 4 years.

r/LogitechG on Reddit: Headphones suggestion G733 vs G935
October 27, 2022 -

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble deciding between these two headphones. From what I've gathered so far, the G733 have in favour that: 1- Better design in my opinion; 2- Are lighter; 3- Have USB-C (Which means I don't have to have a dedicated charger for them). However, from what I've read, I have the impression that the G935 have better sound quality.

I'm open to other alternatives or brands, but I don't want to spend much more than what these costs, and they would also need to be available in my country Argentina lol (I don't expect anyone to check that, but some suggestions may not be available here).

None, don't get anything wireless from logitech trust me. I have g935 (paid around 80€) and their biggest weakness is the software (this goes for every logitech device). I didn't knew this at the time when buying them so i would recommend staying away from logitech until they fix everything. Sound is not even that good for the price so i would recommend getting a razer/steelseries alternative. You can see comparisons on the internet and you'll see that both of them rank poorly for the price. Yes g935s look absolutely amazing like they're from some scifi movie but they're just not that good, 50mm drivers are good and since they're the most expensive headphones i ever had i must say that they're good sounding. (Also recommendation is not getting a jbl headphones since they're made out of cheap plastic, i had ones they broke a little after 2 years just as they came out kf warranty) g733 look that plastic too so g935 are way better when it comes to material quality. Your choice but i recommend getting a steelseries/razer/hyperx ad they're more famous and have credibility on the internet as quality headphones with quality software that won't randomly disconnect your headhones. For the price of logitech i recommend checking hyperx wireless (cloud2 or something) or steelseries (more expensive but way better in every way) To prove credibility of my comment just check out the whole subreddit and you'll see how many people have issues with anything from headhones to mice and pedals, software is shit tldr stay away from logitech i learned it the hard way

I'm a big fan of Logitech products (I'm using 3 right now) but I suggest you look at Steel Series headphones. I found them to be very comfortable and have a great software mixer called Sonar. You can download their software and use with other products as well.

r/LogitechG on Reddit: Replaced G733 with G935... over G Pro X Wireless. Review of Pros/Cons
January 3, 2021 -

Reddit was helpful in making this call, so here are my thoughts.

Background: I had G533 for 4 years. Before that I had the G930 for 4-6 years. I loved them both.

I was deciding upgrading between these new G935s vs. Pro X wireless. There's a LOT of praise for Pro X but I am very happy with G935 and don't regret it. I got the G733s initially but it besides the light fit, it felt like a major downgrade, whereas this felt like an upgrade. So I replaced G733 with G935 as it was the same price.

But first, I'll speak on the shortcomings...

G935 Downgrades (from G533/733):

- G buttons are indistinguishable from mute button. Takes lots of getting used to. BUT i never use it b/c it has awesome lift-up auto-mute feature. Still, I'll frequently push mute instead of a G button on accident. At least there's a red light on the mic when it mutes, which a lot don't have.

- G buttons are hard to press. Too military grade.

- On/off toggle is harder than G533 to flip up/down. But at least it's a toggle and not a button. I also preferred it on the lower side of the earpiece, but that's just a personal thing.

- Almost feel like too many G buttons? Feeling for which is gonna do what is like learning an instrument because they all feel the same, in a place I never naturally touch.

- Have to turn on/off again to reactivate after idle. Old ones I could just push the vol up.

- It's USB-B, not USB-C. The insert is a bit tough to get in/out, but not bad.

- The earpieces are insulated without mesh & get pretty warm. 733 was great with this. If not in a cool enough room, your ears will start sweating.

- Not as light as G733 but was expected (but well-balanced & not neck breaking)

- Wireless range is "fine". Not quite as good as 533s but close. I think 733s were slightly better. I can still go to the kitchen with them in my house. But not really the garage to do laundry.

- When you get out of wireless range, sometimes I get an ANNOYING LOUD BEEPING when it goes off/on - why? Just cut the sound out.

- G Hub's surround sound is ass compared to G533's Gaming Software, but I know this is a bug, and the same problem happened with G733, same reports with G Pro X. I mainly use Win7 so I can't do the workaround, but it's apparently possible to fix.

G935 What I love (and why I went with them):

- FLIP MIC UP TO MUTE. G Pro X & G933s have mic detachable.... really? This was soooo nice from older models and I'm happy they kept it here.

- On/off TOGGLE. Not button.

- Lights are in back. Not front. (i turn off anyway tho)

- Earpiece cuffs rotate. Great for laying in bed.

- Volume is very easy to move +/- but also grooved so it's not too slick

- Sturdy design

- Battery life is amazing

- Earcuffs easy to detatch for cleaning/replacing (and compatible with old earcuffs)

Overall I actually don't regret not coughing up $229 for the G Pro X. I was torn but the sound is very good on these. I miss the old Logitech Gaming Software but G Hub is fine.

The negatives I think are very minor. I had much more negatives with the G733. Also G Pro X had almost none of these positives I was looking for.

Overall, I just wanted to make a post to share that the G935s are still worth your time.

r/LogitechG on Reddit: Upgrading from G933 to G935
September 19, 2021 -

I recently purchased a pair of G733 and G935 to replace my aging G933. I listen to a ton of music and play a lot of games and noticed the distinct lack of bass on both when im in game. I was just wondering, is there a way to move my profile from my G933 and load it with the G935 to see if I can get the sound back to where I like it? I love my G933 and wanted another pair but can only find them used, so I need to figure this out.

There are numerous reviews from owners of 933 that say that you shouldn't upgrade since it's not even that big of an upgrade. I ordered 935 bcs i never had logitech headset before (before i had jbl quantum 100) so this is quite an upgrade for me but for you it definitely isn't that big of an upgrade. My 935 arrives tomorrow I'll let you know if you need anything
