The official Samsung video got me all confused as the wrong way per the video is the only way they remain snug in my ears...

When inserting them, ensure that you put the lower portion of the buds into your ear first. so aim the speaker into your canal, with the top of the bud(the silicone portion) point almost at your eyes. Once the speaker gets into your ear a good bit, rotate the bud slightly upward. You should almost feel the buds lock into place. Just got myself a pair of these earlier today and couldn't be happier for the money I spent on them.

You need ears conforming to tight Samsung-specs for them to fit as intended. If you are not a Samsung model, then you need to do like us other mortals and poke and wiggle around until you find a position that works for you. In my case that means jamming them in as far as I can - resulting in excellent seal and isolation, something they are supposedly designed not to have at all. More on reddit.com
