The 10 Best Headphones for Runners 2026: Apple & Shokz, tested
4 days ago - Many earbuds feature some on-board controls, either on the charging case or on the earbuds themselves, like starting and stopping your music, taking a call, and controlling volume, so you don’t have to take a phone or use a smartwatch. Some earbuds will also pause an active track when you remove your earbuds and start it again when you put them back in. In addition to basic actions, many high-end headphones and ear buds also provide advanced customisation features and other settings through their connected smartphone apps.

I get very low volume after connecting Galaxy Buds to PC
1.) Connect the buds to your phone again. 2.) In the galaxy wearables app change the touch pad function to volume up 3.) Switch back to your computer and turn the volume up on the buds until you hear the max volume beep. 4.) (Optional) switch back to your phone change the touchpads to whatever you want and when you switch back to your computer you should be fine with volume. More on reddit.com
Buds live aren't loud enough unless I max volume. Is this normal? Am I wearing them wrong?
I had the same problem when I first put them in my ears. they didn't get very loud, even when I had my phone volume at max. Think of these the same way you would a wireless speaker. The volume on the buds and the volume on the phone are not the same thing. Like how you can control the volume of a speaker on your phone, or on the speaker itself, but the speaker doesn't change the volume on the phone. Do this: Set the touch controls to adjust the volume through the wearables app With no sound playing, touch and hold the right earbud again and again until the earbud volume is at max Make sure your phone volume is now very low before you play some music again (These buds actually get really loud!) Enjoy :) More on reddit.com
Galaxy buds plus with s20+ - Volume too low
Well, you do have media sync, but it might be buried in developer options. Set the buds to control volume with touchpad and then look through the developer options looking for the bluetooth volume sync, turn it off, raise volume on the bids independently, turn volume sync back on and listen to some good tunes! EDIT: It's called "Disable absolute volume" in the bluetooth section of the developer settings. More on reddit.com

The fix that I found is go into the earbud settings on the Galaxy wear app and go to labs. Experimental settings. There's a setting that says you could tap on the outside edge of the buds to change the volume of the earbuds independently and separately from the phone's volume.

Ok ok ok ok ok. So I had this problem and freaked out. People kept telling me this bs solution about the Galaxy wearable app but it doesnt do sh!t. So hear me out please. · Please grab out 2-3 of those cotton swabs used to clean your ears. Grab your regular isopropyl Ahcohol and wet the tip. Clean the metal grill but face the earbud sidways so it doesnt leak into the earbud. When you're finished rubbing the metal grill with the swab clean it up real good with a towel (microfiber like the soft ones used for a car where you can buy at the dollar store) and let it dry for a few and boom, your sound is regained! · I guess its a matter of just cleaning them good once in a while. · This worked for me so im not sure how it goes for all of you. Keep in mind that if you're not cleaning your ears regularly, that'll happen. Remember to clean your ears and buds everyone. Hope this helps!! · S

3 weeks ago - We commented on the solid bass from the Technics EAH-AZ100, Apple AirPods Pro 2, Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, and JBL Live Beam 3 buds above, so take your pick depending on your other preferences. If bass is a priority, then we'd also recommend that you look for earbuds that let you adjust EQ settings in their companion apps. That way you can dial in the exact sort of thump you want. Well, they can if you were to listen at high volumes for a very long time.

August 9, 2023 - The Audio Balance setting, a feature found in most devices, allows users to adjust the volume level between the left and right channels. This setting is particularly useful for those with hearing impairments in one ear, as it enables them to balance the audio output to their preference. That said, if the setting is inadvertently adjusted, it can cause one Galaxy Bud to sound quieter than the other. This issue is often reported as the left Galaxy Bud not working or Galaxy Buds having low volume in one ear.

Hey, I had the same issue. And literally, just minutes ago I pulled the bud apart. I just pulled with my fingers but that was risky I’m sure. A small knife or something thin like a pick girth might make more sense. · I don’t usually do my own repairs. But I have this face mixture I use for razer burn on my face. It’s like 95% rubbing alcohol. · I took a cotton ball doused it with the alcohol and lightly rubbed the inside of the buds. I used an air blower I have for my keyboard and made sure I didn’t leave any cotton inside. · The buds sound totally fine now. Saved me from having to send it to samsung and paying for them to just inspect it. Horrible Cx service. · Careful if you try it, but it worked for me. Hope it helps.
