So, one of my friends bought Galaxy Buds+ recently, and one thing she's mentioned is that her hair often unintentionally activates the touch controls. Is there any way to mitigate this problem? Thanks!
For all those encountering issues with the touch pad, place the earbuds in the case and disconnect the buds from the bluetooth settings by pressing the forget button. Then, freshly connect with the buds from the bluetooth settings. The problem is solved for me.
This is the best method of controlling ear buds I've ever had. I recently switched from the Buds Pro to the Buds3 Pro and it's a night and day difference in terms of controls. The Buds Pro would always accidentally click themselves, but the Buds3 Pro's pinching and swiping mechanic is so satisfying.
The pinch mechanic is so freaking satisfying and actually feels like clicking a button. I believe it's using capacitive buttons and that completely fixes the problem of accidental touches. Again tho that clicking sounds is so satisfying, the best way I can describe it is like clicking a mouse it feels and sounds just like that. The swiping isn't as impressive but it also feels good as once you get used to it it feels second nature.
Just updated my GalaxyBuds and the left one simply won't recognize that it is in my ear so the touchpad doesn't work. I've tried resetting them but it had no effect. Anyone know how to fix?
