Has anyone tried the ear hooks like these to tackle the slipping of the Galaxy Buds 3?? If yes, does it work?
I am from India and none of the silicon tip add-ons are available here. this is the only type of add-on available on amazon.
Anyone has or knows if there are any 3rd party options for wingtips or earhooks for Buds Pro?
I really can't manage to keep the buds inside my ear and, as my previous BT phone (cheap chinese AA-UM1) had a great fit with the wingtips I am really hopeful to find some sort of accessory that can help me out with the Buds Pro....
Preferably 3D models, i've been searching for some time and could not find a single one for the buds pro, not on thingiverse or Amazon.
The Pros twist way down into the ear - I can't imagine wings on these that would not interrupt the seal in the ear canal, and that would greatly degrade the sound.
If you're struggling with a loose fit where they keep popping out I recommend using a non OEM silicone tip. What's worked for most like it did for me is using the og galaxy buds round tip instead of the buds pro oval shaped ones. They just provide a more tight and snug fit for some : /
Are there any hooks like the ones you get with the galaxy buds +, or any eartips that keep them more secure in your ear. Iv tested some fome eartips but the lost function when my ears got hot for example when I'm training. Please give me some suggestions of your favorite hooks / tips to keep them in your ear. ( big plus if the attachment fits in the case )
I got these free with my phone and haven't opened them yet because the in ear buds never fit in my ears, I'd love for them to work but past experience makes me think it's likely they won't so I'm debating selling as a sealed item. Before I go that route, I'm wondering if there's any hooks anyone has found that have worked really well?
I had the issue that they kept falling out and start to hurt my ears after a few minutes. I got myself some diofit foam eartips. They work pretty great. No more falling out and the ear don't hurt anymore. They are kind of on the expensive side (especially if you need to import them to canada) but I don't regret my purchase.
If it can help i had your same problem. I had to buy the rubber wings for my iPhone in ear because they keep falling. In this case they fit really well and didn't need other stuffs to be in ear. I just took some memory foam to use it during my cycling routines
I've had my buds pro for about a week. I don't often wear earbuds as I've got weird ear canals that never seem to fit buds.
I LOVE my Buds pro. The sound is fantastic and I love the ambient/anc options. What I'm not so hot on is the fit - they'll fall out if I'm talking and I'm constantly shoving them back into my ears regardless of the tip I use.
I've been looking for new bud tips - something like the comply memory foam ones. Additionally, ear hooks work very well for me. I have a pair of Anker Soundcore Life dot 2 that have earhooks, and keep them very secure in my ear. I can't seem to find any third party accessories for these, and I'm guessing it's due to them being so new.
Anyways, I'm looking for some tips for new tips - has anyone put any new ones on or fixed the fit in some way?
I have the same problem. Changed out the tips to Comply foam tips Sport Pro for Beats by Dre. Hard to get on (twist and force over the flange) but the best thing I ever did. That makes the Pros 5 star in my book.
I'm hoping for some SpinFit to suit the pro. Been happy with spinfit in the past.
Does anyone know where I can buy sport hooks to use on Galaxy Buds Pro or Galaxy Buds2? Does such a product even exist?
My wife and I are looking to start working out, but sadly since Samsung removed the rubber fin that was on the original Buds they just don't stay in or create a seal white the way the originals did. I've been scouring the internet looking for some kind of product that would sort of wrap around the ear like the JLab Go Air Sport does, or even just a rubber ring attachment that would do the same thing as the original Buds had.
So far all I can find is foam tips, which makes it even worse! If anyone knows of anything I'd really appreciate, and if not then help me create it and make some money! Lol
I think their design makes it impossible for 3rd parties to create wingtips. And the case is so compact, there's no room for such a thing. Good luck trying to create one. Tell me if it works.
Hey. Quick question. Cany you use buds 2 airtips on buds pro ? Or other way around ???
I am looking for some sort of attachment that would go over my ear since none of those small in-ear hooks have ever worked for me and they keep getting loose when I am working out. Having a hard time finding galaxy bud+ specific attachments.
I have the Galaxy Buds Live and I've been searching everywhere for an ear hook!!! Today I think I found two products that might do the trick!
I just bought these and will test it out. Maybe a combination of these two products will do it? I'm thinking of clipping off the static hook on the first link - thehook variety pack........ and then attaching the twistable hook from the other? I'll update you guys in a few days I guess!
item number one
item number two
Sucks there aren't any official Galaxy Buds Live or Buds+ hooks!!! Massive oversight by Samsung.
The best solution for jogging that I've found is holding them in place with micropore tape.
I can't use any earphones and Samsung are no different. Do anybody have any ideas why or it's my ears that's built different, i saw some people having my problems as well. When i use earphones they can't stay in my ears and they hurt after 5 minutes, my ears gets sweaty. I tried everything already, just want to know if anyone know what's causing this. I even had Jaybird X2 and they couldn't stay in my ears, the ear hook still didn't prevent them from coming out every 20 seconds. Any earphones i use come right back out after 20 seconds and they hurt badly
The sonic foam ear tips are a great deal! they come with 5 pair of foam tips for about 15$. I think it's worth it over the comply tips and makes noise isolation way better.
Galaxy Buds 3 Ear Hooks Wingtip work great also, they will stay in my ears when I workout with no problem and you can even keep them on while they're in the case! Just tuck the wings in between the buds right down the middle and the case will close like in pic 2.
Also gonna get a secure case for the buds 3 just for extra protection and closure as you can see in pic 2 it's the tiniest gap in the case when closed, it will charge just want to be safe so I would recommend a case with a lock to make sure the gap won't open any wider and prevent charging and they won't fall out of dropped. But so far so good!

I love the sound and features on the pros but like a lot of people the fit is the main problem. Why did they have to remove the wingtips, worst decision they've made so far
Hi,
I have the Galaxy buds 2 and I have trouble keeping them in my ears. Granted, I have trouble keeping any ear buds in my ear, but I can't find any ear hooks compatible with the Galaxy buds 2.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thank you.

I had the exact same problem with mine. No matter which tips I used out of the box, they wouldn't stay in. I ended up getting Spinfit tips and I've not had a problem since! I hated to spend an additional $13 or whatever, but since the buds came free with a purchase, I decided it was worth it. I only use them as a backup to my Buds Pro's anyway, but still. . .
Does anybody make hooks for the buds that go all the way around the ear? Not the little crescent.
I just recently got the buds 3 (not pro) because I have always had issues with the kind that go into the ear staying in and prefer the airpod type shape. The size of the buds 3 makes them still fall out of my ear occasionally so I was wondering if anyone knows of some kind of silicone ear hooks or something of the sort that would fit over them to help keep them in the ear a little better.
I tried everything to get the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro to stay in my ears. I really wish I hadn't wasted $150 on these earbuds, but by the time I realized nothing was going to make them fit, the return window had closed.
I have tried the AZLA SednaEarfit Crystal in every single size, these wingtips, the SpinFit CP360, and finally the diofit flanged tips. NONE of them kept the buds in my ears, except for the wingtips, which were a tad too big and hurt my ears pretty bad. The wingtips also stretch out with use because they're silicone and they don't fit inside the charging case, so you have to remove them every time the buds go in the case.
My issue is that the buds don't "catch" the fold in my ear (pictured with the red circle). As a last ditch effort to get these to stay in my ears, I bought some Loctite brand clear silicone sealant and applied a small dot onto the top of the bud (see photo). It works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I suggest putting the buds in your ears and looking in the mirror to see where the buds aren't "grabbing" or aren't tightly nestled into your ear and making a tiny dot with a marker to mark the position(s) of where you need the buds to be bigger, and add a dot of silicone there. If you'd like, before you commit to applying the silicone, you can try using Scotch clear mounting tabs by cutting them into little strips and applying them to the buds so that you can try different placements. Make sure the position of the Scotch tabs and/or silicone doesn't impede the buds from making contact with the pins inside the charging case. Once you're comfortable with positioning, you can easily peel the Scotch tabs off and place silicone dots. You can also just use the Scotch tabs and no silicone if you want, but you'll have to replace them every so often. I wanted a more permanent solution so I opted for the silicone.
OBVIOUSLY be very, very careful placing the silicone. I hope this doesn't need to be said, but don't put the silicone on any part of the buds that has a hole or some other important bit like the microphone. And be mindful of not putting the silicone too "low" on the buds (by this I mean: keep the silicone above the seam line) so that they fit into the case properly.
I'm pretty sure the silicone can be scraped off if needed after drying. I haven't tried that yet, but right now I put some pressure on it with my thumb nail as if I were about to scrape it off and it seems like it would if you need it to.
I hope this helps someone! I also hope I posted this picture correctly lol

EDIT: As of May 14, 2024 I've switched to using the stock eartips that come with the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. The Diofit flanged tips I was using are great but they kept coming off of the earbud and getting stuck in my ear when I would remove the buds from my ear lol
All 3 sizes don't fit me well and slip out every once in a while. I've seen a couple of posts recommending foam tips and others that don't. What should I buy to get a better fit.
Does this improve the fit?
Will the buds still fit inside it's case with this attached?
