My one week, full review of the Galaxy Fit3 - Samsung Community
February 11, 2025 - All workouts started on the Fit3 send a signal to my phone as I get the workout started message on my Galaxy a52 and the workout symbol at the top of my screen but only workouts that are not BT GPS connected will actually register on the a52 in Samsung Health. So a bit of a step backwards with this update. Also I noted that if I start the workout on the phone in Samsung Health the watch never buzzes or shows me the exercise symbol at the bottom of the Fit3 so definitely not syncing correctly between Fit3 and Phone.

OK so I want one... not sure whether I want 41mm or 45mm yet. Any deals likely? Prices are very high. If the blood SpO2 were in the software I'd pay full price because it would be nice early warning for COVID-19. The EKG is nice but I would prefer oxygen saturation measurements during the... Review: TicWatch Pro 3 ULTRA vs Galaxy Watch 4 vs Fossil GEN 6

While I agree with most of this review (like 99% of it) and I enjoy Chigz Tech videos there were a few errors/odd statements that just stuck with me. Although I'm probably just being pedantic, but I just had to say this somewhere (sorry in advance).

Shortly after pointing out that the Fossil is made of steel and the Ticwatch is made of super light nylon, he acts surprised that the Fossil is the heavier of the two. Metal is heavier than plastic. Like, by a lot.

Then he shows us the new 4 pin charger for the Fossil and says it has 2 pins, when it very clearly has 4. The extra pins are the reason this watch charges faster than previous models.

Lastly he seems to suggest that the Ticwatch would be better if it only had an OLED screen. Like the always on LCD is a bad thing for some reason.

Ok, rant over. Otherwise a great review. Once again, sorry for being pedantic, feel free to downvote me. Have a nice day :)

Do you recommend the Galaxy watch 3 as the best smartwatch?
I've been wearing a samsung watch since the original Gear Fit was launched, and still alternate in my Gear s2 and the Galaxy watch active 2 The rotating bezel on the GW3 is the single best watch interface on the market. the screen itself is great I hear people complain about battery life, but imo anything over 2 full days is just gravy. are you normally a watch wearer? Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 Review: It’s OK and Also Expensive
August 31, 2020 - They come off as if they are a meaningful piece of tech, not just a cheap notification accessory. The Galaxy Watch 3 is probably the only smartwatch I’ve worn that brings out that same response. And look, I’ve reviewed $1,000+ watches, none of which I would give this same praise to.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 Review: A Killer Smartwatch With One Flaw
August 19, 2020 - Battery life is its one flaw. While the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 lasts longer than a Wear OS watch or Apple Watch, the extra stamina of Fitbit and Huawei watches make them lower maintenance wrist buddies. In this review I’ll look at whether this extra upkeep is worth it.

Samsung Galaxy Watch3
Across the Galaxy Wearable app and Galaxy Store, there are more than 80,000 watch faces available, though you have to pay for many of them. On the right side, the Watch3 has two physical buttons, in the form of a back button on top and a power/home button below, as well as a tiny hole for the microphone. On the left side, it has an inconspicuous speaker. The 41mm has a 247mAh battery and the 45mm version has a 340mAh ... A classy and feature-rich smartwatch with a focus on your health

September 1, 2020 - The interface is slick, snappy and lag-free. Screens and widgets whizz by as fast as you can turn the bezel. It is very close to the performance you get out of Apple Watch and far, far better than any Wear OS watch.

August 21, 2020 - The Galaxy Watch3 employs a 1.2-inch, circular Super AMOLED panel with 360 x 360px resolution, at least the 41mm that is. Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 review: A truly great smartwatch - Wareable
August 22, 2020 - With the previous Galaxy Watch, Samsung had drawn a clear line in terms of distinguishing its most expensive smartwatch from its cheaper, sportier sibling. It went bigger on size, aimed to offer classier, more traditional watch styling and that now signature rotating bezel stood more prominently around the display. ... With the Watch 3, it feels like it’s tried to tone things down, but not necessarily for the worse.

Samsung's new Galaxy Watch 3 has a new FDA-cleared electrocardiogram feature and can measure blood oxygen levels on demand, but battery life is less than ideal. Samsung's new Galaxy Watch 3 is one of the first smartwatches to measure your blood oxygen levels on demand, but its ECG and blood-pressure features are still MIA.

[Review] Samsung Galaxy Watch 3: A Standard Health & Fitness Tracker
September 2, 2020 - It’s worth mentioning that if you’re not already using a Samsung phone, you would have to install about half a dozen apps to be able to utilise all the features on the Watch 3. For example, if you use a third-party service that isn’t Samsung’s Reminders app, you wouldn’t be able to manage them on the watch. To Samsung’s credit however, it was able to give me a summary of my day each morning that included what I had scheduled on Google Calendar. Compared to the Galaxy Watch Active 2, there’s not much difference in terms of the health and fitness features except for an updated Running Coach with real-time audio and visual feedback.
