October 24, 2020 - I received the larger 45mm model for review, and I was surprised to see it wasn't as bulky as it appeared in photos. The 41mm and 45mm models are 11.3 and 11.1 mm thick, respectively, only marginally deeper than the 11mm Watch Active2. It's also thinner than the 13mm original Galaxy Watch.
