Fine. Traded in my galaxy watch 6 44mm. Battery life is largely the same but with the added benefit of apps opening faster, installing faster, and fewer UI hiccups. The health features, in the context of how much Samsung talked up the sensor "upgrades" is pretty much a load of marketing garbage. My HR monitoring is the same (I didn't have a problem before), sleep tracking is still bad, I have no fucking clue what I'm supposed to make of the AGEs metric (and it seems like anyone who's posted about it is med-high, whatever that means). Energy score is useless because (1) it's partially based on bad sleep data and (2) it's not actionable. Sleep apnea is neat, except most people in tune with sleep issues would already understand from the SpO2 data of there's is an issue and then when you do a proper sleep study and get a breathing assistance device you don't need that feature on your watch ever again. Charging is acceptably fast though I resent that they opted for a questionable health sensor design over maintaining the reverse wireless charging compatibility on Samsung phones; that was one of the things I would consider when using a galaxy watch with a galaxy phone vs some other phone.
