I know some GameStop employees on this board have mentioned the pros get 25 off on 250 promo doesn't work with any other promos like buy 2 get 1 etc etc etc but today I was shocked to find out we don't even get that on top of the pro price. Essentially it's an extra 5%(10% total) off if you're at 250 exactly and then gradually decreasing until you get to 500 does which would be 5% off. I was trying
Not a rant towards GameStop employees but corporate who continues to finds new ways to scale back pro member benefits. 😞
Alright everyone, I got about 5-6 games I plan to trade in with my old ps5 just for a new one, will I really not be able to get the 25 off the 250?? That with the 50 from my original ps5, I really am only trying to spend 30-50$ out of pocket. Or is there any clauses??? The 6 games with 50% comes out to close to 150-160$ in trade in credit. Thanks!! Apologize for posting in an employee subreddit.. :(
I recall seeing posters back when the preorder launched that the switch 1 had a promo trade in value, but I wasn't ready to part ways with my switch 1 just yet.
Is there some special promo they're doing at launch?
2ndly. I feel like I got swindled by the GameStop when I pre-ordered bc they basically forced us to buy a membership if we didn't already have one. The guy claimed that we'd have like a special discount that would more than pay for itself when we came to pick up our switch 2
Did anyone else get told this, and do they know how that works? because I don't want to get swindled further if that was a lie to begin with.
On website it says purchases of $250 or more. I want to get a ps5, will the $25 off auto apply in store or do I need to order for in store pick up? Thanks!
I’ve been checking for any kind of OLED sale for a few weeks now, and found this today. Is this about as good as it gets outside of Black Friday?
You no longer get 5% on the rest of your items. It also doesn’t work on TCG :/ Maybe it’s unpopular, but I still think it should not mute your other PRO rewards.
Pic unrelated as usual
