I've been using my monthly $5 for Nintendo eShop currency ever since they started that part of the program, but lately I've been leaning a lot more towards physical games when possible.
Is there a $5 Steam currency available at all in-store, or is it just the $20 and $50 shown on the site?
If not, what would you recommend using the monthly coupons for? I don't own an Xbox or Playstation, so those currencies would be even more meaningless.

How do I sell my stuff at GameStop?

I ordered a game for pre-order, it said delivered a few hours ago, never arrived. Tried to call the phone number and i press the button for a callback and whenever they call back its just "We're unable to assist you, call us back".
Any other way to contact someone?

I've been in limbo where I purchased my pro account in store but its not showing up on the site. I received the email to add pro to my existing account but when I ask for the verification to be emailed I don't get anything. I've checked my spam and every folder in my email. Whenever I try to call customer service I'm told that all agents are busy and that I will be called back, the 5 separate days I called the message said 15 minutes, 15, 10, and the last 2 days I've called earlier and it said 5 minutes. I wait all day and no call back. Same thing with emailing, I cannot get a response.
After trying to find alternate emails and numbers today I came across Canadas customer support. I left them an email incase they could direct me and I received an email instantly saying thank you for contacting GameStop Canada, well get back to you on Monday or something.
What the hell is going on. Does USA support not exist?
