Gateron just released a 3.0 LP switch with the same pin layout as standard-size MX switches (for the Nuphy Nos75), which is incompatible with any pre-existing LP switch. AND, they’ve also released an LP magnetic HE switch which likewise will only work in low-profile HE keyboards (of which only the Air60HE exists so far). Confused? Yup. Alas, the standard mechanical Gateron LP switches that exists include Gateron Red, Brown and Blue, Gateron Banana, Gateron Chocolate (which are nice, BTW), and Nuphy Aloe, Cowberry, Wisteria and Moss. That page has been up for a while and yes, they switched blue and brown in the table. I have an Air75 with KS-27 1.0 switches, and a different board with KS-33 2.0 switches. The difference is barely discernible, and I think I actually prefer the 1.0 switches. If you want to upgrade you might consider the special edition switches (Wisteria, Aloe and Daisy) instead. Hello! As the title suggests i was looking for some options for low profile switches aside from those provided by gateron.
I tried the reds and the browns and prefer the reds for gaming and the browns for typing but thought the browns where a bit loud for office work (even though I didn’t receive complaints).
Sooo I guess as a small contribution to this sub I am pleased to anounce the nuphy switches work on the keychron! I curently have nuphy’s wisteria switches installed. They are light tactile switches and they are slightly more silent then the gateron browns and I’m quite happy with them!
It got me thinking though, are there any other mx style low profile switches out there that you have had good experiences with? Also any links where to browse for them? (European based shops are a plus)

I bought the nuphy air75 v3 with blush switches. Additionally I bought the red, brown and silver switches so I could find out which ones would suit me best. At the time of ordering I didn't pay enough attention so ended up with only 36pieces of each. Not enough of course for a full keyboard switch replacement (84) for which you need to order 3x boxes.
Why can't you order a full set of switches? and thus need to buy 3x36, ending up with too many switches than necessary?
How come the availability of Gateron low-profile 3.0 switches is so poor?
Is there any other place other than Nuphy's website to order Gateron low-profile 3.0 switches?

Low profile switch needs to be standardised like mx standard profile, whats going on with low profile is so stupid and hurts consumers badly. There is very few options, availability is bad, no 3rd party options
