I have seen a lot of complaints about gigabytes rgb fusion and gcc software being terrible. This really put me off on buying the b850 aorus elite wifi 7 board because i was gonna use the motherboards rgb software to control my pcs rgb components. Im now looking for a msi board to pick instead but wanted to ask if gigabytes rgb software is so terrible what other software/hardware can i use to control my pcs rgb?

What is the difference between the RGB Fusion in GCC and the RGB Fusion 2?
What's the difference between RGB Fusion 1.0 and 2.0?
Does RGB Fusion 2.0 affect gaming performance?
We now have 2025 and gigabyte had enough time to do something with their rgb software. Did they make anything better or is it still unuseable?
All the options from GCC RGB fusion don’t work except for one. I installed the latest version of the app and not sure what can be done about it and how to fix it. Would appreciate any advice.
I need something which can control ARGB lines on my mainboard and GPU.
GCC is acting like malware designed by mentally impaired developers.
All popup windows asking me something do not have Yes/No buttons but only OK and no way to dismiss them other than Alt+F4.
Every time I want to check for driver updates it wants to install new software. How on earth this piece of crap could slip out of any manufacturer who has any decency?
Does anyone else have the same problem and can explain why GGC can no longer control my RAM RGB? It was working fine until recently, and now the setting is missing in GGC. Could this be a bug caused by updates? I’ve already reinstalled it, but it still doesn’t work.
About a year ago I tried using the software to customize the RGB on my GPU. It ended up causing my system to blue screen almost every time I tried shutting down until finally I figured out that RGB Fusion was the cause and I uninstalled it. I looked around online later and found that a lot of other people had that problem too. So… is it still basically malware?
Hi everybody, especially Gigabyte. I have problem with gcc. After installing it, my k100 opx doesn't work properly. Macros doesn't respond also there's problem with sound scroll. I know that the problem lays in gcc and RGB fusion, but after reinstall of windows 11 it shows again and I dunno how to get rid of it so my keyboard works again in full condition. Would be glad for fast help with this problem. I have gigabyte x870e a elite wifi7 rev 1.2 Corsair k100 opx
So since the gcc update mobo update to f37 my RGB fusion has disappeared and no matter what I do it’s not coming back! I’ve rolled back to f36 and updated gcc to the latest update that came out and nothing is working. Anyone have any more options on how to fix this?
Hello Community,
I wasted about an hour and found no solution so far.
Mainboard: Gigabyte X670 Gaming X AX (F8 Bios)
ARGB LED Stripe on lower Digital LED Connector
ARGB beQuiet Fans on upper Digital LED Connector
Everything worked since I bought the components. Stupid me did a Gigaybite Control Center /GCC) Update and thought everything would be better now - I didnt know how wrong I´ll be. All Fan and Stripe LEDs shut off. The first four Stripe LEDs are on (red and blue). I had the Wave setting so I believe the RGB Controller got kinda stuck.
After the Update the "RGB Fusion" Setting wont show up anymore in the GCC. Uninstalled, reinstalled, tried the old working Version, nothing helped.
When I opened the RGB Fusion as an additional Application the Control window showed up. But none of the settings worked (static, wave, blink, speed, brightness, etc).
BIOS Reset to opt. default had no effect. When I start the PC the first time (cold start) the Fan LEDs come on for a quarter of a second just to shut off again.
OpenRGB starts up but just to close itself aber a few seconds.
Any Ideas for that amazing Problem?
