So far all experimental models have been free (including flash-2.0-experimental and exp-1206). there's still rate limiting, but you won't get charged no matter how much you use those API. It's making me nervous my charges still aren't hitting my Google AI Studio account, but to be fair it takes up to 24 hours. That's when I did some digging and apparently Google made some (all?) of their Gemini models free?
Is this a limited time thing or what's going on? Also, does this extend to the new Gemini Flash 2.0 Experimental?
To be clear, I'm using its Generative AI API key in SillyTavern for RP'ing, if that makes a difference. In the past, Google definitely charged me.
