This is my third Welkin purchase and it's not smooth at all.
A week ago or so I purchased a WM pack from my iPad, and the game actually gave me the greenlight, as if the payment was complete. I get the primos every day. But today, I noticed that on Apple's side, the payment is displayed as "pending".
I contacted Apple, and they're saying that it's not about them withholding the process, it's the developer. I also e-mailed MHY (no response yet), but idk what will happen.
What do I do? I really don't want to end up getting negative primogems & losing the account. Any suggestions?

Do do anything Just wait for it to process on it’s own.
Trying to “fix” it will just trigger mihoyo to flag your account.
There was an issue a few weeks on Android. It would show the purchase being completed and then flash an error. Mihoyo had it fixed the next day. They didn't respond to the ticket i made but they did have it fixed within 24hrs.
I want to give you money so please take it lol. I've seen more than a few have the exact same issue in the discord.
Edit: Mine fixed shortly after this post. I don't know if it's because they fixed it despite saying they didn't see anything wrong, or if it was just random. The only advice I can give is to call your bank too and have them look into it.
Edit 2: I and many others have found that paying on mobile through the Play Store / App Store works much more consistently. If your phone has enough storage space, I strongly recommend this method.
They have to add Paypal or I'll stay f2p. No problem with that. But the little amount of currency you can get through playing screams "only playing the story and then quit". And I mean.. who the hell has visa or mastercard anyways..?? or let alone American Express?? Hello?? I'm even playing on Europe, why is THAT option there but no paypal!
