3 days ago - Met een lang doorlopend banket aan de muur en tafels en stoelen die dicht op mekaar staan én een toog zorgt Gertrude als vanzelf voor een gezellige sfeer waar mensen makkelijk met elkaar in gesprek gaan. Mogelijk praten ze over het weer, zeker over de bereidingen van chef Amadou Dia want die zorgt letterlijk voor spraakmakende combinaties.
