Apologizes if this question has been asked before -- I wasn't able to find what I was looking for...
I have a Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX and I would like to install Windows 11 onto the nvme. When I boot up the system with Windows 11 install on a usb drive, it says it needs drivers to continue the install as it can't see the nvme. I have tried using drivers from https://www.aorus.com/motherboards/Z790-AORUS-ELITE-AX-rev-10/Support but the install says that none of them are compatible with the system's hardware configuration.
I am clearly missing something but I don't know what. Does anyone have a link to download drivers that should be compatible with the hardware?
As an aside, Ubuntu works/installed flawlessly. More or less all of the hardware is compatible and has drivers.

can you provide a picture? I have a feeling the issue you're seeing is not related to drivers but it's something else have you made the USB stick with Windows Media Creation Tool? have you used another USB port on the back of the mobo, even test with USB2 ports

Disable VMD mode in the BIOS. That's the only thing that would cause your NVMe to not show up to the installer (and require a driver). It's only needed for PCIe RAID, which if you need that, then you'll have to install the drivers.
