I am looking for some internships and one friend of mine suggested me to learn GitHub and Git as it is pretty much required to get good internship positions. Does anyone have any good free resource from which I can learn Git from? It would be better if the course isnt too long. Thanks!

Literally just read the Pro Git book . It’s free, you can read it online, and it will teach you everything you need to know to not have to do silly things like make multiple working copies of your repository. Don’t skip any part of it - you may think you don’t need to read the “What is Git” part, but trust me, you do. More on reddit.com
