When our builder installed the glazed porcelain tile, they failed to remove all of the grout haze, then proceeded to seal the grout by spreading an acrylic sealer all over the tile and let it dry. We’ve had two separate crews come in (at builder expense) to remove the mess, but now it’s worse than before. Specifically, one of the crews used a product called Formula 51, and they applied it full strength, undiluted. The result is what looks like dirty Coke spills and drops etched into the tile throughout the home. The second crew was unable to get these stains out, and the manufacturer had no suggestions.
I’m hoping someone might know of a product that will somehow polish these stains out without destroying the glazed finish, otherwise we’re forcing the builder to rip everything out and install new.

Love these tiles but I think my GC may have removed the glaze. They cleaned them with a stripper and then put a coat of sealant. They do however attract dirt and I can’t get them looking clean. I would like to do a deep clean but not sure what I can use and get them looking as best as I can if I did ruined them with the stripper and sealing job
Any advice would be great!!
