Global Post is a little weird. Basically what happens is it gets a USPS tracking number that goes to the distribution center that will process it for international delivery. When it arrives at the center, it will be marked as delivered by USPS because the USPS is done with it. It most likely is on the way to you at this point. That said, if nothing shows up in the next couple weeks (international deliveries can get hung up in customs) I would consider opening a case for item not received. More on reddit.com

Shipment to Canada. Is this normal? I ordered the GT PRO DD recently and this globalpost company is supposed to hand it off to USPS, but all that is happening is it's bouncing around for LA for 3 days lol. And USPS still doesn't have it. Anyone else have this happening?
Mine bounced around for 3 days in LA, then 3 days in Vancouver and finally two days in Calgary before I was able to grab it from a post office. Nightmare. Makes you appreciate Amazon. More on reddit.com

i’ve been combing for advice on global postal shipping as a buyer and oh boy this service seems annoying. i ordered a fairly large and partially custom order from the states (i’m in new zealand), and it shipped out last week.
it’s been marked as delivered in city of industry california since the 24th, no other motion, which seems weird that i would’ve thought it would have been forwarded onto international processing? it went to a post office there, was marked ready for pickup and then marked delivered. i asked the seller if they knew anything about it going international (noting some people asked for a customs ID from sellers to try and get some tracking) and they said they didn’t have any information of the sort. i tried the inspect element thing some people did and got a usps tracking number out of it that says the same as the etsy side and doesn’t indicate anything about international, was formatted as a domestic number too.
i’m kinda getting worried it’s not actually coming, seems dumb for etsy to say it’s delivered when it’s obviously not and hasn’t even left the states to come to new zealand. any advice or any way to contact etsy for global postal shipping queries as a buyer? thanks!

Also know they may or may not work outside the US, may or may not work outside non-standard US business hours (m-f & 8-5) and like many companies on major holidays, support may be limited, if available at all. If you google for "Etsy support phone number" the top result you get will most likely be from a scam call center! This is a massive problem with big businesses lately including Etsy, Ebay, and PayPal. Scam call centers take out Google ads to put their number high in search results and it leads to a very realistic looking fake version of the site, and/or a fake phone number. NEVER google for a business's customer service number. ALWAYS get in contact with support directly from the official website. And if you ever get a request to download an application to your phone or computer when you believe you are talking to "support" for any business, you are talking to a SCAMMER! However, one of my tracking numbers (I was given 3) did not have any change since it was "shipped". I read somewhere that GlobalPost also re-packages to make it easier to ship internationally.
