I used to have a domain email where I could literally go into gmail type [email protected] + password and would log my right in and inside i would find only my company emails. Now since I switched providers I no longer cant do that. I ALREADY KNOW HOW TO LINK DOMAIN EMAIL TO MY GMAIL ACCOUNT But my credentials still wont work for login. It forces me to use my gmail address as log in.
Trying to reset my gmail password which is using an email address I have with a domain host provider (the email address doesn't end with @ / gmail.com), however when I click forgot password I am greeted with: "Couldn't sign you in. Contact your domain admin for help. Learn more".
I have contacted the provider and they can't shed any light on it and just send me links to their own WebMail which isn't what I'm trying to access. When I set the email address up I used my secondary @ hotmail.com email address as the recovery and backup email, along with my mobile number, but due to this 'contact your domain admin' screen first I can't even get to that stage to reset it that way. Reading online it suggests that the superhost or admin should be my domain host provider but they aren't being very helpful and I'm not sure where to go from here, any help would be greatly appreciated!
