Hi everyone,

My employer created an email for me with Microsoft 365 account through godaddy. When I try to log-in using the temporary password, the screen changes to the attached photo and then nothing.

Another poster who had the same issue, found a solution by turning off the wifi on her phone and using incognito mode on safari. Unfortunately that didn’t work for me. I’ve tried using a MacBook and HP and also resetting them. I also reached out to chat support but without the pin and account number, they can’t help.

My employer’s not available for the rest of the day and there’s an email I need to access asap.

Can anybody help? 🥺 I’ve been trying for the past hour…

I’m having issues logging in to my godaddy outlook email because it keeps getting stuck in a login loop. I called godaddy and they said that there is already an incident report and the issue will be fixed soon but I’m not sure I trust that. I was wondering if anyone had any solutions I can try? I’ve tried different browsers, incognito mode and resetting the password.

I'm hoping someone here can help, becaus Godaddy Customer Service via phone and live chat have been of no help at all.

I can't sign into my Godaddy professional email account. Whenever I try to sign in it tells me to try again in some ridiculous length of time (like 6 hours) - see screenshot below.

I've tried private windows, different chrome profiles, different browsers.

When I speak to customer service, I wait for a really long time, then they eventually tell me to "try again" and it still doesn't work.

It has happened before and eventually started working again, but now it's been like this for 2 days.

Any suggestions?

To the general public, I don't think I need to explain why getting into my business email is extremely important. But I think Godaddy doesn't really see it as a big deal.

P.S. The customer service chat now button on godaddy isn't there for me anymore, WTF! Clearly they want me to stop bothering them. I can tell when I'm not wanted, and I promise I'll go with my dignity, just let me get into my email, so we can make this a clean break 😞
