there used to be this site called gomovies. and the link i bookmarked was gomovies. pe but every time i click the link, it takes me to fiixhive for whatever reason for the past 3 4 days.
That former website had insane level of UX. i log in my account, i watch something on desktop and if i close and go to bed to watch in mobile, it shows continue watching panel, where i can just continue the show.
what happened to that site? anybody know anything about it or familiar with the site?
Is gomovies.gg safe to use?
I'm tryna watch This Is The End
I loved this movie so much. I had the sound track when I was younger but had no idea what the movie was about.
It's such a perfect edgy 90s movie. It has everything you could want from the late 90s/early 2000s, including great music.
It also cuts across so many different genres that it's kind of impressive. I didn't fully realize it until the movie ended. Go is technically:
A drug/crime drama
A coming-of-age comedy
A Christmas movie
A boys-vacation-gone-wrong movie
An anthology movie
A comedy-of-errors
A workplace comedy
A dark comedy
I'm sure there's more than that I haven't thought of yet.
If you haven't had a chance to watch it, please do. Especially if you grew up around that time.
I saw it was on the megathread so I don't doubt it is a safe site. I just don't want to be in trouble if there was some sort of torrent seeding whilst I watch.
A problem I’ve noticed is that different streaming services only recommend movies within their own platforms, and an app like Letterboxd doesn’t directly give recommendations. That makes it hard to find good movie recs, which usually leads me back to podcasts and Reddit. Would creating an app that recommends movies fill a space people actually want, or does something like this already exist?
Definitely one of the most underrated movies ever. Great comedy/action movie about the drug deal gone wrong. Story is told from three different points of view. It reminds me of some Tarantino's movies.. It's filled with action, lots of accidental events, jokes, great characters...
Haven't been surprised like this by some movie for a long time. Think it deserves much heigher score.
Big recommendation!
Sorry if this is the wrong sub, I couldn't think of a better one to post this.
In a nutshell, I've been trying to use gomovies recently and there hasn't been one time when the movie didn't stop after 10 minutes saying "our servers are overloaded, get premium to continue".
It seems weird that the servers would overload just a few minutes after I started using the website, but I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt ; has this been happening to anyone else? It wouldn't surprise me if it was intentional, since they were already pushing for people to become premium members for a while now, putting stickers on your screen when no other streaming site that I know of does this.
Thanks in advance for any replies.
gomovies appears to offer the largest collection of all the movie websites I've seen online, but I haven't viewed anything on it since I'm afraid of viruses and I can't figure out which of the clone sites is the safest. If I don't have an ad blocker, can someone please tell me which one I've had the most success with?
gomovies was my goto pirate streaming site for years. all of its servers, UpCloud, AKcloud, and vidcloud are down, it says "We can't find the file you are looking for. It maybe got deleted by the owner or was removed due a copyright violation." this saddens me deeply. just wanted to make this post to see if anyone knew if it was permanent or temporary. the site i use itself is still up, just none of the servers are
I was just going through my watchlist on HBO GO of the current movies available. Thought I would get r/movies' comments and suggestions.

Any great movies that I missed? Any of these that I should skip? Which ones am I missing?
FYI, most of these expire in late February March, if you're looking to watch them yourself.
How do sites like fmovies and gomovies work. Is there a way people mirror them as I see plenty of similar sites like solarmovies, 123movies, etc. They look very similar and feels like they are a lot of clones from a single source. I believe they make a plenty of money from add revenue and so on.
Was just randomly wondering how the business model works and why they aren't being booked for copyright infringement.
This has probably been asked before, but I just want to clarify. Are the streaming sites like above illegal? Or is it only illegal to download them? Maybe both?
Ever since soap2day shut down I was looking for alternatives and came across Gomovies. And while it plays TV shows and movies in HD, I have issues where for example I'll be watching The Office and at random points in the show it will freeze but keep playing audio and then the scene will skip. And at other times it will repeat a scene at random times it's super annoying. Can anyone else recommend a website that's close to soap2day I would greatly appreciate it.
Edit: This problem happens in other shows and movies as well
Hey guys, does anyone know gomovies.sx new domain name?
What a blast this was!
Absolutely fantastic, hilarious scenes and some unforgettable moments. Doug Liman in possibly his best work, although many might say "The Bourne Identity" of course, but that was in a very different against-type genre.
Sarah Polley's standout performance in my opinion and the always great William Fichtner played his part amazingly, what a series of great movies and shows he's been involved in, wildly varying characters too. Scott Wolf (already a star from "Party of Five" amongst others), I've always liked Jay Mohr and a young Katie Holmes were also all great. Timothy Olyphant as well. Plus look out for a young Melissa McCarthy.
I probably liked Nathan Bexton and Desmond Askew most of all though. The supermarket trip dance scene and the Vegas saga respectively were just brilliant.
Who else loves this?
I watched Narshimha yesterday and was amazed with story telling the visuals and dialogues, if we even take religion out of it this was a good animated movie.
Now being a guys in Anime, animation and Gaming this is a masterpiece.
Now there comes this critics who gave 9stars to shittiest movies and gave 6 to this movie i mean what are even the criteria these guys are following.
The public gave 9.8-10 all around btw.
