Godaddy customer service has gone downhill
Yeah sadly when they went public they started reducing US workforce and outsourcing overseas, then the new CEO came in and they seem to have abandoned all hope of any customer service credibility. 25+ minute wait times are the norm now. I remember years ago you were connected to a US rep unless wait times were unusual and then you were prompted to either wait or you could decide to be transferred to an overseas center for a quicker resolution. Warning: Terrible experience, beware everyone! I had the same issue when I opened an account 8 months ago. When the first transaction went through them, they held onto the money for 10 days and then sent me the letter below! It's a joke, and I'll never use these guys for payment processing again. ==================== Unfortunately, GoDaddy Payments will not be able to service your account due to certain risk factors.
