Why is Godaddy Reseller Program $107 in the USA but only $10 in India?
Customer Service in the USA?
WHY is Godaddy that bad?

I noticed that the Godaddy Reseller Program is $107 per year in the USA (https://www.godaddy.com/en/reseller-program), but when you switch to the Godaddy India site (https://www.godaddy.com/en-in/reseller-program), it's only $10 per year... why is that? Can I just purchase the India version and save the extra $97? I am based in the USA and will be selling to clients in the USA.
I have a huge issue with the fact that I can suddenly no longer be transferred to a representative in Arizona after a certain time. I have had godaddy as long as I have because of their REMARKABLE customer service which is now sub f par because they immediately transfer you out of the country. Now I have no issue with this, but the language barrier and pacification you have to deal with the get help is infuriating.
Instead of actually helping you, they just send you a bunch of email links with articles on what you can do, instead of having the competence to help you then and there as people who are TRAINED to assist customers.
I spoke to someone an hour ago from the Midwest who was so nice, helpful and made my life easy in less than 20 min. When I had to call back, I got someone in another country who had me on hold for 5 minutes while he looked for where to go to help me navigate changing templates with website builders.
Does Anyone know how to reach someone in the states?
Everybody always says Godaddy is trash, leave them ASAP, etc. But WHY? What do they do wrong that makes them such an unusable hosting provider?
For context: I’ve been purchasing my domains through Godaddy for years and therefore found it most convenient to purchase their WP hosting as well. I’ve always noticed my WP sites are painfully slow, even when I use the bare minimum for plugins and have literally only 1-2 blog posts up with only a couple photos. I know a giant plugin like Yoast can slow down a site, but I also know there are millions of functioning websites out there using Yoast and loading just fine.
Is it Godaddy or is it me?
I’m in the process of migrating to SiteGround, and I hope I’m making the right decision.
I can't access the normal site it seems. I can log in on my family's computers and be at the normal site and my account home page without redirecting.
I know it likely means no difference in content, but it is still annoying.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
EDIT:For additional information, I am using Google Chrome.
Sorry for not adding that earlier.
