November 26, 2024 -
My school uses student google accounts, but they delete them when we graduate. I'd like to keep my work I did on it (mainly just the stuff in drive). I there an easy way to back this all up onto a hard drive? Thanks.

Sign in, then go to takeout.google.com, you can download everything (drive, docs, photos, contacts, etc) as a series of archives. Idk if the admin can disable that feature, they probably can. If so can you just use a USB and copy the files from drive, or email the things you want to save most to your personal email as attachments.
