Dear community,
I've signed up to google workspace for a non profit organization, which has been validated by google last week. I've received an email inviting me to connect to admin.google.com but every time I enter my organization email and password, it redirect me to the same login page, even if I'm already logged in with the same account in chrome.
I've tried everything on google help page regarding that issue but nothing works. And I can't contact support because the first step to reach it is to sign up to admin console... Except the last option which requires to have a X account, which I don't (and don't want).
Any help is welcome
Thanks

Hi all,
I've just started at a company where nobody knows about the Google setup. I've managed to add myself on as an administrator, but can't access admin.google.com - it doesn't recognise my account, or the other administrator account that already existed.
It does show as approved on: https://www.google.com/nonprofits/account
Google Workspace for Nonprofits
Status: Approved
Google Workspace domain: xxx.org.uk
Is there some additional setup needed? I'd like to be able to create some new users to give staff access to certain Google products. We use Office 365 primarily.
When I try sign in, it just takes me back to the sign-in page and says Sign in with an administrator account - even though I believe I already am.
Thanks!
Hey everyone,
I recently set up a Google Workspace account using my personal Gmail address (the one ending in @gmail.com). During the setup, I added an existing domain that I own and purchased the Business Plus plan. Everything seemed to go through fine initially.
However, when I tried to log into the Google Admin Console to make some changes, I ran into an issue. After clicking the link to go to the Admin Console, it asks me to choose an account. I select the account I used during setup — but then nothing happens. The page just reloads and stays stuck on the same screen. I’ve tried multiple times, and it doesn’t go anywhere.
Has anyone faced this before? I’m not sure if it’s because I used my personal Gmail to set it up or if I missed something during domain verification.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I created my domain name through Google workspace a few weeks back. Since then I have had issues actually getting into my admin console. Each time it asks me to choose my email address, I choose the one with my domain name and instead of taking me to the password it refreshes the page. I've tried on my laptop as well as mobile and have even tried on different browsers and continue to run into the same issue.
This is truly driving me insane and at this point I just want to cancel my account as I'm paying monthly and I'm not using it. How do I go about logging into my admin account?
So for context last night I was setting up my SPF to go daddy for my domain and after I did that I was signed out automatically and taken to this screen.
I didn't think about it at that point, but the next day when I went to go back into my admin console and login it took me right back to the choose an account screen.
I've changed my password, try signing in with a phone number, it just takes me back to the choose an account screen.
And it's not like I have the wrong domain name or password it starts to log me in but then takes me right back to choose an account login page like a loop.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?
If anyone has gone through this please help. I recently made a google admin account and logged in with it. Somewhere through that process I must've deleted the admin because I no longer have access to my admin console and only get the error message "Couldn't find your google account"
I have tried all recovery methods and nothing seems to work because a lot of the options require me to login using the email, but how can I login if the account claims to not exist?
If you have gone through this and found a solution please help me.
I am trying to get to the Admin Console for my Google for Non-Profit. It looks like I am an Admin:
But when I go to login as an admin on this screen, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
Please help! I setup a Google Workspace using an email I have access to, to be the admin. I have a domain through Squarespace and wanted an email with that domain. I received an email to my original email, just the normal u/gmail one, saying that my 14-day trial has begun. I go to login to the new email using the new domain but it does not recognize the password. It does not allow for me to reset the password as it never gave me a chance to setup 2-factor.
When I go to admin.google.com to try and sign in through the original email I signed up under, the one that received the notice that workspace has begun, the browser loading wheel spins but then nothing loads.
Now when I try to contact google workspace, I need a workspace pin, but I have not yet set it up. I talked to general customer support and they essentially told me to pound sand as they can't help.
I tried signing up again to verify that it went through and it recognizes that an account using my domain exists.
So, I am locked out of the new domain specific email with no way to access it. What do I do next?
I have tried several times over the last two hours to get started on creating and setting up a Google workspace account as admin of course.
I have subscribed, I have set it up with a Gmail address (I know it says admin doesn't end with Gmail.com, and this is what is confusing me). Everytime I try and sign in, it brings me to a page where it shows the email I have subscribed with and says "add account". This is where I'm stuck.
I'm so overwhelmed and confused that I don't even know what my question is. I guess its where do I go from here? I have followed instructions given by Google and I still always end up at the same place.
I only want it for myself, there will be no one else added on to this. Maybe I'm just too frustrated to see something staring me in the face, but as you can probably tell, I'm not that tech savvy.
So I bought a domain in 2013 through google with eNom/blogger or however it was. I have used this domain for many years, and have logged into my [email protected] to change any payment details when needed to ensure my domain is kept. I have the email information saved, so I know it is correct, but I get "Couldn't Find your Google Account". My annual renewal is coming up and I want to ensure everything is in check, but can't log in. I try recovery options such as recovery emails I could have used or phone number, nothing shows up. I tried going to "Contact Support" through google but you guessed it... I need to log into admin to be able to contact support...
I still get billed so clearly an account exists somewhere...
Would anyone know how to fix this? Would greatly appreciate any help!
I'm hoping someone here can help me figure this out. Yesterday, I was looking into options for purchasing a new domain. I started down the process with Google, filling in the information for a new email address. It said I would be able to purchase the domain after setting up the account. When it came to checkout, it was only giving me options to purchase a higher level of GWS than I wanted so I went to look at alternative options and just got the domain somewhere else, figuring I could solve the email part later.
There is an account now in Chrome for the email that I was going to try to set up, call it [email protected]. But when I try to log in, it is giving me a "429 Too Many Requests" message. It might be relevant that the URL that shows up anytime I try to log in is "https://workspace.google.com/checkout?authuser=1&snip=x."
It seems to me like the account is caught in the checkout process because I entered the info but never made the purchase, but I don't really know, and there's nothing I can find on this kind of issue in anything I've found online.
Does anyone know what I need to do? I have tried clearing browsing history and flushing my cache, but no success there.
Hi gang,
So I have generic emails for our non profit, with email delegation set up in gmail to give access to who I want.
I needed to remove one account so I tried to log into my generic email account... but google won't let me :
Google couldn’t verify this account belongs to you. Try again later or use Account Recovery for help. If you still can’t sign in to your account, contact your organization’s admin for help. Your admin may need to temporarily update login challenge settings.
Two Factor ain't enabled, I tried resetting the password twice in the admin console but I still get the same message.
What can I do ?
I own a domain that was setup with Google Workspace with a previous hosting company. That hosting company set themselves up as the administrator and I believe has since gone out of business.
I contacted Google to make me an admin on the workspace account. They asked for me to add a CNAME record to verify my identity, which I did. They then send me a response saying an administrator on the account stopped my request to add me as an administrator. Obviously, I didn't stop it.
The purpose of all of this is I don't want Google Workspace but I also do not want anyone else to have any kind of access to my domain or email.
Is there anything I can do to totally disassociate my domain from Google Workspace? I'm planning on using another mail service so I'm totally find change MX, DNS records, or whatever else.
