This person's ad headline is way beyond the 30 character limit...how?!
The answer is its a Dynamic Search Ad (DSA). DSA will take the whole or parts of the organic listings title and shove it into the ad copy. It doesnt add Title1 and Title2 like a regular search ad, and therefor spans the entire length of both Titles. Heres the organic listing.
