A few key metrics I’d recommend keeping an eye on beyond MAU are activation rate, retention (Day 1/7/30), and feature usage to see what keeps users engaged. Add conversion funnels to spot drop-offs, and watch session duration and frequency for deeper insight. You can user UXcam with Firebase or Revenue cat to track these metrix over time to analyse the growth of user base.
