I'm a big fan of writers using whatever tools work best for them. If it works for you, rock on. Personally, my only real problem with google docs is that it doesn't handle large documents well, in my experience. But that's just me. More on reddit.com

August 28, 2024Tabs on Google Docs are the best thing ever
It seems like just a fancier table of contents that can link a bunch of things together. At least that's what this GIF seems to portray. Also, I agree with u/ggamecrazy , the timing of this post with the release of tabs feels very much like a low effort ad. "This is so wonderful and I am so thrilled that this is here. I can take notes like never before. I can keep all my related ideas separate yet together. Everything is wonderful and beautiful now that there are tabs in Google Docs.
