You will at least get items 1 and 3 - not sure about 2. I used to use my iPad for wifi calling through the hangouts app, but then Google killed Hangouts. I can still use messages for web to send sms/mms messages from my Fi number using the iPad, but it will not allow me to make calls. I don't have an Android tablet so maybe they are different. I can do calling and texts from my computer using messages for web. More on reddit.com

It can work, I've put a Data Only sim in a Franklin T9 and works perfectly (temporarily). Note: terms of service explicitly state tethering is not supported. So you risk Data Only suspension as some here have reported in this sub. More on reddit.com

I love the data sim and free hot spot. I use a lot of data, especially for my kids. A comparable plan would be more expensive. I also spend 3-5 weeks a year in other countries so that is huge. The package to pay for insurance, YouTube music, YouTube Premium, and Drive storage made a lot of sense. More on reddit.com

My current setup:
iPhone on AT&T, use Apple Continuity to sync messages and phone calls on WiFi network
What I want is to replace this with Android.
At first I tried with Galaxy S10e + Galaxy Tab S8 but found out AT&T removed the WiFi calling capability, so I have to look for non-AT&T carrier.
Will Google Fi with Pixel phone give me:

I have a Google Pixel 4a on FI. WIFI calling and texting works. Currently I am using it outside the US, normally running in airplane mode, to save on data right now. I have also used it many times inside the US. Visual voicemail works and I love that it does voice to text, so I just read my voice mail messages. I also call and text with Google FI's WEB interface. I have not used it a bunch on Android tablets, but it works fine with the Chrome browser on Windows 10, MACOS and Ubuntu Linux. My text messages and call history sync with the WEB interface, I can send/receive texts (SMS and MMS), and call and receive calls just using the WEB interface. It is a life saver if you misplace your phone, as the phone does not have to be turned on to use the WEB interface.

Okay, to answer your question as long as the WiFi device is compatible with T-Mobile, it will work but understand, itโs just another way to consume your cellular data allowance.

I've looked at Fi several times over the years when determining if I have the best cellular service for my needs. Other than the international benefits which I have no use for why would anyone want to use Fi? Seems very pricey compared to the competition.
