Hi,
Anybody knows of and actually use a working google installer for MIUI 12 running on Android 11? My phone was functioning fine when it was still on Android 10 but when it got updated to Android 11, google apps & other apps started to either malfunction or not run at all. My phone is a China ROM - Mi 10 Lite Zoom, also known as Mi 10 Youth. Thanks.

There are none. Google apps with NOT run on the CN ROM with A11. There are no installers.
I switched to Xiaomi.EU just for this reason.
It's much better than the CN ROM and I should have done it when I purchased the phone.
It is temperamental to get working correctly as TWRP doesn't decrypt A11 that well.
I have the exact same phone and had the exact same issue.
Stellar phone by the way as the periscope is awesome for videos.

You can try to whipe the cache and data of the malfunctioning google apps and see if it will solve the problem. If it fails
2.back up your device data and hard reset the phone to start afresh, if this fails too
3. I advise you unlock your bootloader with xiaomi unlock tool, flash a custom recovery and switch to miui.eu rom or MiuiMix rom for your device. You can also flash any other custom rom you like
