150 5-star reviews on my main profile, not one less than. Everything I do puts the customer first. I have got out of bed at 3am on a call-out, found that a job cannot be done after driving for an hour (vehicle roadside fixing) not charged the guy as he only had so much money (if I charged him a call-out he wouldn’t have been able to get recovery) and went home totalling 2.5 hours at 3am. That’s just one of my 150 5 star reviews, I take care of my customers. 3 weeks ago a keyword stuffed profile was made, and the guy has got his friends to give him - and I am not kidding - 4 5-star reviews all saying ‘great service’. The profile has no brand name, just service (think ‘service name near me’). It has no website, stock photos and a mobile number. This ranks second in my city. I’m fifth on a good day.
