Location should match your Business Profile (Ex. street sign, nearby businesses, surrounding area). I live on a private dirt road with no formal street sign, there's no nearby businesses.
Your business name and category should match your Business Profile (Ex. business card, branded vehicle, business tools/equipment). This shouldn't be an issue.
You're authorized to represent this business (unlocking branded vehicle, operating online business tools, proof of address). My work vehicle is not branded. What are online tools? Like my spreadsheets?? Proof of address, like a utility bill or driver's license?
The main problem I've been having, besides the ones I mentioned, is that the video never uploads. I take the video on my phone as best I can, it tries to upload then tells me video fails to upload. I've tried all the different troubleshooting techniques they offer but I just want to talk to a person about this. Is there no number I can call? No video chat?
I'm a digital marketer trying to resolve an issue with my client's Google Business Profile. I've done this many times before but not recently. I filled out the standard Google contact form to get in touch with support and got the standard auto-response to my email suggesting I try a certain thing and asking if I still needed help. I responded saying I did, but I noticed that the email address contained "no reply" ([email protected]). A few days later, I was informed that my ticket had been closed.
So I filled out the contact form again, providing the case number for the prematurely closed ticket and asking them to reopen the case. That was 8 days ago. I got the standard auto-response again, responded saying I still need help, and nothing.
I found an old email address I used to contact for support - [email protected] - and tried forwarding the email to them, but I got an auto-response saying the inbox is no longer being monitored.
Anyone have any advice here?
