It has been confirmed I had got a email from Google Sheerid

Hey everyone! How's it going?

I'm having a bit of a problem and could really use some help or advice. I'll explain step-by-step to be clear:

1. What happened:

I saw that Google One is offering a student promotion.

To validate, they asked me to use my university institutional email.

I was logged directly into my institutional email and, following the on-screen instructions, I registered this email and received the verification code.

I completed the validation normally.

2. The problem:

After validating, the system informed me that, to take advantage of the promotion, I should log into my personal Google account and, from there, register the institutional email.

When I tried to do this, the system said my institutional email is already in use.

In other words, since I validated directly with the institutional email (without knowing I had to do it through my personal account), now I can't use my institutional email correctly to validate on my personal account.

3. What I need:

I'd like to know if there's any way to:

Unlink my institutional email from the previous validation.

Reset or cancel this incorrect validation.

Or, if that's not possible, what would be the recommendation to solve this situation.

Hey everyone,

I’m facing an issue with the Google AI Pro (Gemini Advanced) student offer.

I successfully completed my SheerID student verification, and even got a confirmation email from Google One saying that my student status is verified and I can now activate my 1-year free Google AI Pro plan.

However, when I click the “Get Google AI Pro” or “Verify eligibility” link from the email, it redirects me to the verification form again (the same one I already filled earlier).

If I try submitting it again, I get this message "Verification Limit Exceeded — We’re glad you’re enthusiastic, but it looks like you’ve already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer."

So right now, I’m stuck I’m verified, but can’t redeem the offer.

If I try to get help through Google’s support link, it shows Error 404, and the Google One offers page (https://one.google.com/offers) doesn’t show any redeem button either.

Has anyone faced this issue before?

Is there a direct Google support email or a way to get the 1-year plan manually attached to my account?Appreciate any help, or if someone from Google can escalate this it’s clearly a system-side issue, not user error.
