Important information regarding your Google accountYou're receiving this email because we haven't been able to verify some of the info on your Google account. If we can't verify it within 10 days, you won't be able to transact with certain products (e.g. Play, Google Ads, AdSense, G Suite, etc.) using this account.

They are asking for an ID and a proof of address. The problem is this is a company's payment profile for my company based in Cyprus, I live in another EU country so my proof of address won't match the one on the payment profile. This is an old account and payment profile with substantial spend, no policy issues history whatsoever. I could fill it in as is, but the form says the address must match. Or I could change the payment profile to a company director who lives in Cyprus and has a proof of address that matches address on the payment profile. But the credit card is on my name.

I don't want to make any mistakes here. Would appreciate any help.

EDIT: Verification passed! Took 25 days, 10+ tickets, 7 calls. I think part of the reason, I used to select Google Pay in the affected service, and I had to choose Google Ads. Last doc submission I selected Google Ads, and 2 days later I receive the Account approved email. Good luck guys, and diversify your marketing efforts.

Hi Boys and Gals..

Yesterday i was try to buy a coke in automated machine for 1$ and studently when i light up the screen to make a contactless payment ask me for a pattern or fingerprint verification to confirm that me is me... It was unexpected for 1$ but why not... Unfortunately from that moment every few $ payment needs verification and unlock the phone before i can pay... Why? It was never the issue for years... What is also worth noting that when this happened wallet open the screen from goggle with information regarding setting up the wallet and with the disturbing note:

"Important: Coming soon, your credit and debit card won’t be charged for retail payments unless you’ve recently used a verification method, like your fingerprint or PIN. Some users may already need to verify to make a payment. If you’re asked to verify it’s you, complete verification steps on your device to make a payment."

So it is my phone or google is changing that you can pay small amount only with screen wake up and now i will need to always unlock it??? it is nonsense for 1$ payment...

Anyone else have the same issue?
