Most of my friends and family use iPhones (I don't). What's the notification experience like when I share a photo from within Google Photos (specifically, the new "conversation" view in the Shared tab)?
I tried sharing a photo directly with my work iPhone (I have another Gmail account on that phone) and didn't get any notification about the share on that phone (and DND mode was not enabled). That really makes the new Conversation view pretty useless, since many people don't regularly check Google Photos unless there's a notification telling them to do so.

Shared pictures and comments?
If you comment on a shared picture will the owner receive a notification?
Is receiving a notification the default setting? Will there be a sound notification where the message will pop up under notifications but they wont have to actually open the app (i.e. they could read it without you knowing.) would they get an alarm on their phone or would it only notify them if they went in to Google pictures or their email.
I upgraded to a 16 pro today and migrated my data from my old iPhone. This notification popped up and I can’t figure out how to dismiss it. I don’t see anything in the app like new photos in a shared album or settings that need to be set up. iCloud is active and synced.
