I'm repeatedly getting the error code NU00002A9C but I can't find any helpful information on it. I'm not sure what else to try besides restarting my PC with a fresh start up. I've been trying over multiple days but I get the same error. Sometimes it even goes past 82% but only downloads at around 0.1% every 10 seconds then cancels at 99% with the same error or a network connectivity error (same code, different prompt). I've never had any issue with my internet connectivity ever besides it going out for a few hours every other month (thanks, metronet). Any help is appreciated.
edit: I found a fix.
open task manager, sort by name, and end task for every google related process.
open file manager, open whatever drive you're trying to install google play games beta in (C: drive, for example)
open program files folder. find and open the google folder and delete any play games related folders
open program files x86 folder. find and open the google folder and delete any play games related folders (if there are any)
restart your pc
once your pc has restarted, start installing and it should work fine
