Google Shopping Ads - worth it when you're not the cheapest?
Yes, its worth it. You don't need to have the lowest price to be the best value in a product category. For each person looking for the cheapest, the next considers the cheapest to be garbage. More on reddit.com

r/PPC on Reddit: Google Shopping Ads - worth it when you're not the cheapest?
August 2, 2024 -

Hi everyone, picking your brain on this one... we have Google Shopping ads with limited presence for one client, as they're convinced that because their pricing is not good versus competition, it'll be even more obvious to customers by having all products in Google Shopping. Currently they only have products in the feed they consider profitable, which are a hard-sell (small equipment that requires some consideration before buying...) even if they have an ok price.

We see an ok ROAS though, as users buy other products regardless of what's on the feed, but we'd really like to expand and can't get pass this "assumption". Have you seen this always, or do you see success even if pricing isn't the cheapest? Thank you
